One of the best ramen shop I've been to. Some special ramen like the lemon ramen, and also the ramen with pork lard which reminds me of Chinese cuisine. Great pricing as well although seats are limited and they do get busy. Gyoza and the cheese don are worth to try too!

First ramen I’ve had with lemon. I specifically got the large tsukemen. Noodles are super thin compared to others I’ve had but didn’t both me in the end. In fact I think it helped carry the flavor of the broth a bit more.Refreshing and rich broth that will definitely have me coming back for more. Pork was ridiculously good. Will be getting extra next time.Ordering machine was easy enough to use with the English language button.Oishiiiii. I already want more.

One of the best ramen I have tried!

Simple but cool ramen joint with good music. Right on the cross roads. Not much English spoken, but there's an English menu which helps. Ramen was awesome and gyoza looked great when the person next to me ordered it. They didn't take cards when I was there, though. Not sure if their machine wasn't working, or if that's a permanent thing. I'd take cash just in case.

Staff is super nice, but you will probably have to wait for a seat, write your name on the list!

For a great price we got some of the most amazing tonkotsu Ramen we've had to date, it's a small quaint place which my friend described as a hidden gem, cheap refills on noodles and pork that melts on your tongue completed the dinner experience. Although I only had a portion of Ramen and no sides or Tsukemen, I highly recommend stopping by this place if you're in Nagasaki. (And I suppose any of the other locations are at least as good)

I had the lemon tonkotsu ramen, which is, I believe, the store's signature dish. The tonkotsu broth was rich, but the ajitama and chashu toppings were rather average. As for the selection of noodle, I went for katamen (what I'd usually get for tonkotsu ramen), but after actually trying the lemon ramen, I believe softer noodles would better suit it. Overall, I was not entirely convinced by the lemon tonkotsu ramen. It came across to me as being somewhat gimmicky. Still, given that the broth that forms the base of the ramen is decent, the store's more 'conventional' ramen dishes, I imagine, would not be bad. Lastly, I appreciated the store's cleanliness and cozy atmosphere.

One of the best ramen I have ever had, and I have had alot of ramen! Had the tonkotsu ramen and the lemon tonkotsu tsukemen ( went twice in one trip )... I prefer the tsukemen, the broth is incredibly rich and complex, the lemon adds a punch of sourness to the salty and savoury pork stock...overall a near perfect bowl of noodles. The chashu pork here is also amazingly tender and fatty!

One of best ramen I ever had in Japan. A bit salty for some. Noodle is perfect and hot inside. The charsiu is amazingly tender and delicious.

Wonderful tonkotsu ramen, very thin noodles and very flavorful broth with a spicy note. I generally prefer a clear broth, but that bowl was delicious! The egg is perfectly cooked too and the pork so tender. If you generally like Ippudo or the more boring Ichiran ramen, this is a taste explosion in comparison.

Delicious food. Seats maybe 20 people. The roast pork ramen and dumplings were killer!

Ramen with lemon. I was confused by the combination. But a new feeling. Really recommended. The vacation rental owner recommended me here. It was my good judgment to follow his advice.

Good ramen place. Ordering and payment through vending machine with English translation available. Spicy ramen was very tasty with fatty soft pork.

Rich and delicious ramen

Really impressive. Love the texture of noodles done perfectly (i ordered hard), how the pork melts in the mouth and the broth. Must try in nagasaki. Can add lemon slices for an interesting touch. But do remove shortly and avoid the seeds, cause soup to turn too sour and bitter!

Solid Lemon ramen. I ordered an egg to boot and my friend got the kids ramen. He wasn’t hungry. Enjoyable meal for both of us. Highly recommend.

Outstanding lemon and pork tsukemen, i cannot recommend this highly enough.

Lemon tonkotsu ( pork broth) ramen topped with a handful of coriander/cilantro is sublime. If you like pho and ramen, this is on another level.if you're not too into coriander or lemon, then the regular ramen is brilliant too. Or they have a pork soba which is quite refreshing and not as heavy as a regular tonkotsu ramen. the lemon tonkotsu coriander is by far my favorite ramen ever. they used to play classic japanese punk by the blue hearts,... i miss that.

Just the best ramen in Japan. The Lemon one is just awesome.
